RETURNS AND CHANGES 

In your purchased an item on our site and wish to return it, please contact us at studio@snsinthesun.com and we will guide you through our return process. Please note that items to be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, not worn, washed or damaged in any way.

Any item that fails to meet these criteria may no be refunded. Once the goods are received and processed, you will be given a refund for the returned items. We are unable to offer exchanges, so if you would wish to purchase an alternative item, you will need to place a new order. Please contact us first, and we would be happy to refund you the shipping cost for a replacement item. Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has been received and inspected. 

COST FOR RETURN

Seasons in the Sun is not responsible for shippong cost that may occur due to the return of a product. Seasons in the sun will maje reasonable efforts to refund the returned products,( subjet to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible after received - 30 business days at the latest. The refund will be made to the credit- debit card you used to place order. Please not that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Seasons in the Sun.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Please contact us at: studio@snsinthesun.com. Please state the nature of the problem and attache a photo of the faulty item. Otherwise the claim will be permanently barred. We highly suggest that you keep purchase confirmation email.
